A single-herb liquid extract of dried fruit of Rosa laevigata, cold-macerated in small batches and offered either as a traditional tincture in organic sugar-cane alcohol or as a vegetable glycerite.

About the plant

Rosa Laevigata is an evergreen shrub up to 5 meters high. Twigs are of violet-brown color; spines are curved, up to 4 mm, flat. Leaves (including petiole) are 5-10 cm; stipules are lanceolate, acuminate at the top; the leaves are elliptical-ovate, obovate, or lanceolate-ovoid, leather-like, acute or round at the tip. Flowers are single, axillary, 5-10 cm in diameter. Pedicels are 1,8-2,5 cm, bracts are absent. The roots, leaves and fruits of the plant are used for medicinal purposes.

Tincture: Rosa laevigata dried fruit, organic sugar-cane alcohol, distilled water, vegetable glycerin USP.
Glycerite: Rosa laevigata dried fruit, vegetable glycerin USP, distilled water.

No added sugar. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or fragrances.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
